Baikal Odissey on Velikiy ship, 8 days

1. Day 1 
   13:00 Meet with a guide at Irkutsk hotel (Gagarin Boulevard, 44).
   Boarding a bus. Transfer from Irkutsk to Listvianka settlement.
   Excursion to the Baikal museum (luggage is delivered to the ship).
   Boarding “Alexander Veliky” ship. Meeting the crew. Safety measures briefing.
   Welcoming luncheon.
   Departure to Ogoi Island. Dinner on board. Evening program.
2. Day 2
   Arrival in Ogoi Island.
   Breakfast on board.
   Excursion to the Buddhist Stupa.
   Return to the ship. Departure to Khuzhir, Olkhon Island. (Pribaikalsky National park).
   Free time aboard.
   Lunch aboard.
   Arrival in Khuzhir, Olkhon Island. The guests ashore.
   Visit to the museum of local lore.
   Island excursion. Sacred Shamanka Rock. Free time on the local beach.
   Return to the ship.
   Dinner on board. Free time. Departure to the Ushkany Islands (Baikal seals rookery).
3. Day 3
   Arrival at the Ushkany Islands. Optional visit to a rookery, if the weather is fine (payment in cash on spot).
   Breakfast on board.
   Departure to Zmeinaya Bay, Chivyrkuisky Gulf, Zabaikalsky National Park.
   Arrival in Zmeinaya Bay, Chivyrkuisky Gulf.
   Guests ashore. Bathing in springs is optional.
   Lunch on board.
   Dinner on board.
   Departure to Khakusy on the eastern shore of Northern part of Baikal. Guide’s event. Free time.
4. Day 4
   Arrival in Ayaya Bay
   Trekking to Frolikha mountain lake in 7 km from Baikal shore. 
   Departure to Khakusy balneological resort
   Khakusy spring is a hot spring (+42 + 46°C).
   10 minutes’ walk along the picturesque forest road from the shore of Lake Baikal.
   Guests can swim in wooden pools; some water is taken from wells to drink.
   Departure to Sosnovka Bay.
   Dinner and free time on board.
5. Day 5
   Arrival in Sosnovka Bay.
   Breakfast on board. Free time.
   Metting and excursion with national park ranger
   Departure to Cape Sagan-Khushun, Olkhon Island.
6. Day 6
   Arrival at Cape Sagan-Khushun, Three Brothers Rock.
   Breakfast on board.
   Guests ashore.
   Excursion to Three Brothers Rock.
   Lunch aboard.
   Departure to the Kurykan Wall, Cape Khorgoy.
   Arrival. Guests ashore. Excursion to the Kurykan Wall.
   Dinner on board. Departure to Peschanaya Bay. Free time.
7. Day 7
   Arrival in Peschanaya Bay.
   Breakfast on board.
   Excursion to Babushka Bay. Do not forget to have swimsuits with you.
   Lunch on board. Optional excursion to Observation Rock.
   Russian bath with herbal tea on the shore.
   Captain’s dinner. Party dress code.
   Free time. Departure to Listvyanka.
8. Day 8
   The ship arrives in Listvianka.
   Breakfast on board.
   10:00 Landing in Listvianka. End of the cruise.
   10:00 – 11:00 visit to a local fish and souvenir market.
   Transfer from Listvianka to Irkutsk, hotel “Irkutsk”.
   
   Please note:
   1. We can’t guarantee presence of Baikal seals on the rookery of Ushkany Islands;
   2. Please, ask your doctor if it’s safe for you to take baths in Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate Springs that contain fluoride. Water smells and tastes hydrogen sulphide. Spring temperatures range from + 32 to + 45 °C. Springs are in Chivyrkuy Bay.
   3. There are no piers on Baikal shores except for Listvyanka and Peschanaya (Sunny) Bay. Embarking and disembarking is on ship’s ladder (Alexander Veliky ship) or on a boat (Imperia ship)
   4. Captain may change the route providing passengers’ safety in case of bad weather conditions.
   5. Please take cash aboard to pay for visit of Baikal seal rookery and services on board.
   6. The bar works 24 h, one can buy tea, coffee, snacks and alcoholic beverages. Any other alcohol aboard is prohibited.
