Pearls of Great Baikal: Circumbaikal Railway, Listvyanka village, Peschanaya Bay, Olkhon Island

1. Day 1 (Tuesday): IRKUTSK 
   Your Baikal Trip will start in Irkutsk, one of old siberian city, loacted 70 km from lake Baikal.
   Arrival in Irkutsk. Meet by local guide and transfer to hotel Viktoria . City tour of Irkutsk to see wooden houses, churches, Znamensky Monsatery, main streets of Irkutsk, theatres and many other historical sights. After lunch at local restaurant and tasting dishes of Siberian cuisine visit to the Decembrist`s museum. Return to hotel. Rest.
2. Day 2 (Wednesday): IRKUTSK - CIRCUMBAIKAL RAILWAY - LISTVYANKA village
   Breakfast. Transfer to the train station. Departure for full day excursion. You`ll have a fascinating Circumbaikal Railway tour. During excursion on Circumbaikal Railway you`ll have 3 stops to visit galleries, tunnels, to walk n in the forest and at lake Baikal shore. The train goes on Transsiberian Railway and then on Baikal shore and you`ll have a possibility to admire beautiful landscapes of the lake. Lunch will be served for you in the train. In the evening arrival at Port Baikal village, transer by ferry to Listvyanka village, transfer by car to Nicolas private Cottage. Russian banya (supplement service).
3. Day  3 (Thursday) LISTVYANKA VILLAGE - IRKUTSK
   Breakfast. Full day excursion in Listvyanka village. First of all visit to the museum of wooden architecture Taltsy, situated 47 km from Irkutsk. Return in Listvyanka, stop at the observation platform to see the famous Shaman Rock. Lunch at local restaurant at the shore of the lake, tasting dishes of famous lake Baikal fish omul. Then excursion at the Baikal museum to see the flora and the fauna of lake Baikal. Visit by chair lift to the Mountain Chersky where a beautiful view opens at the south part of lake Baikal and the source of the Angara river. Walking tour at the village Krestovka with visit to the Saint Nicolas church. Transfer to Irkutsk. Overnight in a hotel.
4. Day 4 (Friday) IRKUTSK – PESCHANAYA BAY
   Breakfast. Transfer to a quay. Boat trip to Peshanaya bay on a regular hydrofoil (4 hours). Arrival in Peshanaya bay, accommodation at comfortable tourist camp Baikal Dunes. Rest and dinner at tourist camp restaurant.
5. Day 5 (Saturday) PESCHANAY BAY
   Free day at Peschanaya bay famous by its stilted trees. You can meet excursions to thу sights: Babushka bay (Grand Mother bay), Baklany Stone, Observation Rock, Dolgaya valley. All these sights are the monuments of nature. Excursions are about 1 h 30 min – 4 hours.
   You can walk in Siberian taiga paths а swim in cold Baikal water.
6. Day 6 (Sunday) PESCHANAY BAY - IRKUTSK
   Breakfast. Free time at Peschanay bay. Lunch. Departure by boat to Irkutsk. Transfer а check-in at a hotel.
   
7. Day 7 (Monday) - IRKUTSK – OLKHON ISLAND 
   Breakfast. Check-out аnd transfer to the Olkhon island, the biggest аnd the most beautiful island of lake Baikal аnd one of interesting places of Baikal trip. Arrival in Khuzhir village in the afternoon. Khuzhir is the biggest settlement on the island. Accommodation at Bencharov Homestead. Dinner а walk to Shamanka Rock.
8. Day 8 (Thuesday) OLKHON ISLAND – CAPE KHOBOI 
   Breakfast. Full day excursion by Russian car 4x4 (look like a mini bus) to the northern point and very picturesque area of Olkhon Island – cape Khoboi. This excursion is very popular between tourists and recommended for everybody who come to Olkhon island.  During this excursion you`ll see natural variety of the island: steppes, forests, small islands and cliffs, take beautiful pictures, get acquainted with legends of these sacred places and you`ll feel the majesty and the force of lake Baikal standing on the cape Khoboi`s brink. You`ll have a lunch pick nick in the forest.
   Return to the hotel and dinner to the café. Rest and banya (supplement service)
9. Day 9 (Wednesday) OLKHON ISLAND – OGOI ISLAND
   Breakfast. Full day boat excursion to the Ogoi Island and curative mineral springs of Maloye More (Small Sea). Island Ogoi is an inhabitant island famous by its Buddhist Mortar built in 2005. It is also a sacred and beautiful place where you can make good pictures and make your wishes. Visiting mineral springs  you can taste the water and the guide will tell you what kind of diseases local people treat using this water. You`ll have a lunch pick nick on a boat or at lake Baikal shore.
   Return to the hotel and dinner to the café. Rest and banya (supplement service)
10. Day 10 (Thursday) OLKHON ISLAND – IRKUTSK
    Breakfast. Departure by car to Irkutsk (6 hours).
    Arrival in Irkutsk. The end of our trip Pearls of Great Baikal.
11. Day 11 (Friday) DEPARTURE
    Breakfast. Transfer to the aiport. The end of our trip Pearls of Great Baikal.
