Departure from Irkutsk to Ust-Orda. The way takes about 1 h 15 min
On the way we make a stop to tie a ribbon and spill some milk according to Buryat tradition.
By arrival in Ust-Orda we visit the local ethnographic museum. Its exposition represents everyday life of Buryat people since times immemorial.
Buryats are native dwellers of Baikal region. They are descendants of Mongolians and ancestors of American Indians. All their life was connected with Baikal that is in their legends, beliefs and rites.
After museum we have lunch of traditional Buryat meal – noodle soup, big dumplings – boosas, hushuurs, bureniks, sweat desert – boovs with taiga berry jam and cream, mors – Siberian berry-drink, cedar nut vodka.

For extra pay one can feed cattle and shot with a bow.
Big groups can take part in cooking workshops and visit a concert of traditional dance, music and throat singing (extra pay, please book beforehand)
